Ordering, replacements, and dispatch
Antonia’s Irises is certified under the Biosecurity Act 2015, to distribute iris rhizomes throughout Australia. We accept orders all year round but dispatch as follows:
Orders placed in Summer and Autumn are dispatched in Autumn.
Orders placed in Winter and Spring are dispatched in late Spring and early December.
Alternative dispatch arrangements can be made by contacting us.
Please note: Digging for dispatch can be delayed due to unfavorable weather conditions.
Orders are filled on a first sold, first served basis. However, if we find that an iris you bought is sold out of the quality we want to dispatch; we will replace it with an iris of similar colour and equal or greater value.
If you prefer no substitutions be made, please let us know in the comments section when placing your order. Should the need arise we will contact you before dispatching your order.
Our rhizomes are freshly dug just prior to postage. We guarantee that every effort is made to dispatch healthy plants, true to name. We do not provide refunds, but if you are not satisfied with your order please let us know as soon as possible so that replacements can be arranged.
Packaging, postage and delivery
Rhizomes are individually labelled and packaged ready for postage on a Monday or Tuesday.
Delivery is via Australia Post.
